Summary:

We all know that Castiel 'found a liquor store and drank it' but don't you think his internal "angel GPS" would be a bit screwy due to the influence of alcohol?

The winged being was not amused and felt like smiting whatever else decided to hinder him from reaching his destination. Castiel had gotten a rather long, and annoying message from a mortal named Samuel Winchester, and as a result found himself going to wherever it was the youngest Winchester had said he was located at.

Might help if he could remember exactly where that was though. Next time I plan on trying this technique of Dean's I'm going to make sure those two won't be needing me every five seconds. The angel decided resolutely. Sighing deeply, the celestial creature closed his eyes and focused before he spread his great wings and flew.

When he looked up he found himself in a rather peculiar situation. The angel was sitting in the backseat of a cop car. It was a Chevy, yes, but it was not the familiar interior of the Impala and that confused the angel greatly. Not that the Impala was his destination anyways… Leaning forward, the trench coated figure asked in a gravelly voice, "You know where we are?"

That was enough to make the vehicle swerve dangerously and Castiel gripped the headrest out of an automatic reaction. He heard the officer swear profusely, enough to make even Dean proud, and saw the man's face grow pale rather quickly. Deciding that it would be best if he didn't stick around to see what the officer said, Castiel focused intently before trying once more to reach his destination.

Relief swept through him when he found himself in a motel room, obviously thinking that he'd reached the appropriate place this time. That is, until he looked up to see a man and a woman in the middle of intercourse, their noises quite loud as they went about their business without noticing the stoic stranger in the midst. That could be dangerous for their safety, Cas observed with a slightly raised brow. Could get them into some serious trouble one day. A sigh blew its way through his lips before the Angel of the Lord focused once more and spread his wings to fly.

Only…to land on the roof of a trailer. A low growl of frustration escaped his lips as he glared up at the night sky. Flipping open his cell phone, he somehow made the inanimate object understand that he merely wanted to listen to Sam's message once more.

Another low growl formed its way past the angel's lips as he flexed his free hand before forcing himself not to smite the cell phone. If it didn't work this time then cell would find itself being terminated.

And so when he found himself staring a small refrigerator, the celestial being smirked. About damn time, he thought as he braced his drunken frame against it with his hands, pretending to open it and look inside as he did.

"I got your message." He grunted, still looking inside the machine. The angel heard Sam sigh before he continued. "Long; your message. And… I find the sound of your voice grating."

"What's wrong with you?" There was a confused sigh from the younger Winchester before the human seemed to finally use his brains and put two and two together. "Are you…" a slight hint of hesitation, "drunk?"

Castiel turned around, face somewhat irritated, his mood cranky. "No." He tried to deny it but his vessel betrayed him by causing him to stumble over his own foot. He grabbed the wall divider and used the iron pole to steady himself. Pressing his cheek against the cool metal, the celestial being looked down. "Yes." The word left his lips reluctantly.

"What the hell happened to you?"

"I found a liquor store." Cas replied honestly with a somewhat tired sigh.

"And?"

The angel fought the urge to roll his eyes, "And I drank it!" He snapped back, as though it was quite obvious exactly what he had done to it. The older being looked back up and stumbled around the divider. "Why'd you call me?"

The one thing that flashed through Samuel Winchester's mind at that moment was how he was going to tell his older brother that his angel was hammered.

This has been floating around my brain for a while and I finally decided to put into 'writing' *coughs-typing-coughs*...

You gotta admit, having a drunk Castiel just randomly **poof** in somewhere on mistake would be quite amusing... for us at least XP
